Mr Feng Boming currently serves as Executive Vice President of China Merchants Group Limited and Chairman of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd.. He successively served as General Manager of COSCO Container Hong Kong Mercury Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Management and Administration Department of COSCO Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., General Manager of COSCO International Freight (Wuhan) Co., Ltd./COSCO Logistics (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and Supervisor of the Strategic Management Implementation Office of China Ocean Shipping Company Limited/COSCO SHIPPING Holdings, General Manager of the Strategic and Corporate Management Department of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited, Chairman of the Board of COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited. Mr Feng holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Hong Kong.
Mr Wang Yongxin currently serves as President of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd.. He has previously held various management roles at COSCO Shipping Bulk Co., Ltd., including General Manager of the President's Office, Deputy General Manager of the Shipping Department, Director of Legal Department, General Manager of the Integrated Business Department, and Director of the President's Office. He joined China COSCO Shipping (HK) Group in December 2012, as the Group's General Manager of the President's Office, Assistant to the President, and Chief Legal Adviser. In January 2017, he transitioned to China Merchants Group as the Deputy Director of the Infrastructural Facilities and Equipment Manufacturing Department/Overseas Business Department, as well as the Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department. Mr Wang Yongxin has been serving as the President of CMES since January 2019.
He is currently the Vice General Manager and a member of the Party Committee of UNIPEC. He joined Sinopec Zhenhai Petrochemical General Factory in 1991 and served in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. from 1993 to 2006. From October 2006 to March 2015, he served as the Director of Economic Trade Division, Deputy General Economist, Director of Operation and Planning Division, Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company. From June 2002 to October 2010, he also served as the General Manager of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical International Trade Co., Ltd., and has been in his current position since March 2015. He is also serving as the Director of Sinopec Insurance Co., Ltd. from June 2019 and Sinopec Group Petroleum Commercial Reserve Co., Ltd. since October 2019.
Mr. Huang is a professional external Director appointed by China Merchants Group Limited. He graduated from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom with a Master of Business Administration. He has successively served as the Head of Terminal Operations Department of China Merchants International Container Terminal (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., Director of Administration Department of China Merchants Holdings (International) Company Limited, Deputy Director of the General Office and Deputy Director of the Office of Board of Directors of China Merchants Group Limited, Vice President, Board Secretary and Chief Digital Officer of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Shekou Container Terminal Co., Ltd., Chairman of Chiwan Container Terminal Co., Ltd., and Chairman of China Merchants Bonded Logistics Co., Ltd., Vice President of China Merchants Taipingwan Development and Investment Co., Ltd., Executive Deputy Director of Dalian Taiping Bay Cooperation and Innovation Zone Administrative commission, and Chairman of Dalian Taiping Bay Cooperative Innovation Zone Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
She graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as the Hong Kong Polytechnic University) with a Higher Diploma in Accounting and was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2016-2017. She was a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu / Deloitte China from 1990 to 2016. Her current roles include Treasurer of the Council of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, a member of the Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee of ICAC, a member of the Communications Authority, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an independent trustee of the University Pension Fund. She is also an Independent Non-executive Director of China Resources Pharmaceutical, CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited and AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. She has been a member of the 10th, 11th and 12th Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference since January 2008. She has been appointed by the HKSAR as Justice of Peace in July 2013 and was awarded Bronze Bauhinia Star in 2017. She was nominated by the China Association of Women Entrepreneurs as one of the 100 Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs in China in October 2006.
