Mr Wang Yongxin currently serves as President of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd.. He has previously held various management roles at COSCO Shipping Bulk Co., Ltd., including General Manager of the President's Office, Deputy General Manager of the Shipping Department, Director of Legal Department, General Manager of the Integrated Business Department, and Director of the President's Office. He joined China COSCO Shipping (HK) Group in December 2012, as the Group's General Manager of the President's Office, Assistant to the President, and Chief Legal Adviser. In January 2017, he transitioned to China Merchants Group as the Deputy Director of the Infrastructural Facilities and Equipment Manufacturing Department/Overseas Business Department, as well as the Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department. Mr Wang Yongxin has been serving as the President of CMES since January 2019.

Mr Sun Xiangyi serves as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Company. Born in October 1967, he graduated from the Department of National Economic Management, Renmin University of China, majoring in Price Science. He is also an economist. He once worked at the former National Price Bureau and the Price Control Department of the former National Planning Committee. In July 1998, he began to work at the Research Division, Economic Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. From August 2009 to December 2022, he served as Deputy Director and Director of the above Economic Affairs Department. From December 2022 to April 2023, he worked as a Level 1 Inspector of the Shenzhen Liaison Department of the above Liaison Office.

Vice President of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd. & General Manager of CMES LNG Shipping Company Limited. Mr. Xu Hui is serving as Vice President of CMES SHIPPING and General Manager of CMLNG. He once served as AMCL's business representative in London. From October 2008 to February 2014, he served as Assistant to President of CMES. He had been serving concurrently as Vice President of AMCL since July 2012 and as Vice President of CMES Shipping since February 2014. From September 2022, he concurrently serves as our General Manager of CMLNG.

Mr Lou Dongyang serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He is also an engineer and PRC Certified Public Accountant. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration of Peking University. He worked at the Nuclear Industry Standardization Institute from July 1997, at the Financing Plan Department of China Isotope Corporation (CIC) from October 2001, and at the Supervisory Board for Key Large State-Owned Enterprises of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council from August 2003 to September 2012. He joined China Merchants Group (CMG) in September 2012 and worked as Assistant to head and deputy head of the Finance Department (Property Right Department) of China Merchants Group Corporation Limited (CMG). From December 2017 to October 2022, he worked as CFO of China Merchants Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. (CMIH).

Capt. Hu Bin is serving as Vice President of CMES SHIPPING. He became Deputy General Manager of the Crew Department of Associated Maritime Company (Hong Kong) Limited (AMCL) in August 2011. Later, he successively took office as Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager of AMCL. In April 2019, he became Assistant President of CMES. He has served as Vice President of CMES since March 2022.

Mr Huang Maosheng is serving as Vice President of CMES SHIPPING. He is a professor-level senior engineer. He graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering in 1995 and from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007. Mr Huang joined China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) in August 1995. From August 1995 to April 2015, he worked at the Refining Branch of Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company (Maoming Company) and successively served as Workshop Deputy Shift Leader, technician, Deputy Director and Director of Processes, as well as Deputy Director and Director of the Technology and Quality Division. From April 2015 to November 2017, he worked as Deputy Director of the Technology Division of the Refining Department of Sinopec. From December 2017 to June 2022, he served as Director of the Planning Division and Manager of the Planning and Operations Office of the Refining Department of Sinopec. From September 2019 to May 2023, he also worked as Director as well as member of the Strategy Committee of Xinxiang Richful Lube Additive Co., Ltd.

Mr Kong Kang serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company. He worked as Director of the Enterprise Planning Department of China Merchants Group Corporation Limited (CMG), responsible person of the Enterprise Management Department of China Merchants Property Development Co., Ltd., and coordinator of the Fleet Restructuring and Listing Working Group of China Merchants Group (CMG).
