China Merchants Energy Shipping (Singapore) Holding Pte., Ltd. (CMESS)，incorporated in Singapore in 1995, is a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of CMES. It has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Ming Wah (Singapore) Agency Pte. Ltd. (Ming Wah Singapore) and China Merchants Energy Trading (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (CMET). As CMES' regional institution in Southeast Asia, its comprehensive maritime service platform offers one-stop integrated services including ship agency, provisioning, spare parts supply, maintenance, inspection, and safety checks. Its fuel procurement platform delivers over 1 million tons of bunkers annually. The Southeast Asia shipping marketing center will develop markets, maintain customer relationships, and build channels for CMES' fleets, including crude oil, LNG, dry bulk, Ro-Ro and container fleets. CMES Singapore aims to establish reliable and trustworthy partnerships with clients, striving to become a world-leading one-stop maritime service provider.

Associated Maritime Company (Panama) Limited (AMCL Panama), established in 2022, serves as the overseas platform of CMES in the Western Hemisphere. It assists the headquaters in Hong Kong in the ship leasing and some operation and dispatching business in the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, and the Atlantic as well as the development and customer maintenance in these regional markets.
