"Digital and intelligent conferencing" is a highlight of the World Maritime Merchants Forum. A global online platform for conferencing, communication, and streaming, based on new digital and intelligent technologies, which allowed guests from around the world to join the Forum both online and offline and offered a new sample of global shipping cooperation and exchange, was hosted by CMES Shipping together with the support of Tencent Cloud.

The Forum, with 3 ways of participation, namely, Web, H5, and App, offered for global visitors to participate online during and after the event, has accommodated visitors from 53 countries and regions since its launch. In particular, there were 130,000 views on the date of the Forum, and exceeding 400,000 views accumulated. 76 guests from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, and Australia jointly delivered 25 live-streaming sections on 8 channels on that evening, and attracted approximately 40,000 subscribers. It was deemed as a precedent in the shipping industry for holding live-streaming events on multiple locations and multiple channels.
