8 November 2022 - The Marine Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKMD) held the "Together We Set Sail" award presentation ceremony. CMES Shipping won the "25th Anniversary Award for Long-standing Quality Partnership with HKSR". Xie Chunlin, Chairman CMES Shipping, accepted the award on behalf of CMES Shipping.

Meanwhile, both subsidiaries, Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping Co., Ltd. (HKMW) and Yangtze Navigation (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., were awarded the Outstanding Performance Award in Port State Control Inspection for the Year 2021. Zhang Jinti, Assistant to General Manager of CMES Shipping and General Manager of HKMW, accepted the award on behalf of the companies.

Every year, HKMD presents awards to shipping companies registered in Hong Kong that have achieved outstanding performances in Port State Control Inspection (PSC) for recognizing their efforts and achievements in fleet management.

The multiple awards awarded to CMES Shipping by HKMD, which mark the 25th anniversary of the return of Hong Kong to the motherland this year, fully affirmed CMES Shipping's ship management capabilities.
