24 February 2023 - CMES Shipping kicked off the "Hailiao High-potential Talent" Cultivation Program and held a Mentor-disciple Signing Ceremony in Hong Kong. The first group of 16 young business elites signed a contract with 13 mentors in pairs, as witnessed by CMES' leaders. President Wang Yongxin encouraged the disciples to "have the aspiration of building CMES into a world-class shipping enterprise and jointly promote the high-quality development of CMES".

The Human Resources Department introduced the objectives, positioning, cultivation ideas, path planning, and personnel selection of the "Hailiao High-potential Talent" Cultivation Program and launched the Online Learning Program of the "Hailiao High-potential Talent Growth Camp".

The Program aims to "strengthen talent identification and accelerate the cultivation of elites in operations management" and has the overall positioning of "cultivating future senior managers for CMES". Upon reasonable screening, 16 high-potential elites emerged to join the Program. CMES will drive the rapid growth of high-potential talent in line with the cultivation period and path planning.
