3 September 2024 - The China Oil Transportation Safety Forum 2024, organized by CMES Shipping, the China Classification Society, and Sinochem Oil, was held in Shenzhen. The forum, themed "New Quality Carbon Solutions, Pioneering Safety with Intelligence", focused on exploring new pathways for the oil tanker industry's future development in the context of emerging technologies and new energy sources. Capt. Hu Bin, Vice President, Chief Captain and Safety Director of CMES Shipping, delivered a keynote speech titled "New Technology, New Energy, New Era" during the forum.
